I definitely agree with not doing New Year’s resolutions except for things that I’m currently working on in 2022 already:) you and this community have helped me so much already. I'll be joining the NOT making a New Years Resolution as well. I never make them because I know I am basically setting myself up for disappointment. Lists help me in my life but not ones I feel I have to be set to. If I don't get something done on my list, it's okay, there is tomorrow.

I usually don't make New Year's resolutions. Funny though, I had decided to do one this year. I really want to start regularly journaling. (and I intentionally said "regularly" and not "daily" because I know I will never keep up with daily). I received a new journal for Christmas so I don't even have to go buy one.
My mind wants to remember all the times I have said I was going to start journaling, and how that never happened. Maybe this time will be different. 🤷♀️
